P1. Special Combination Pho
Absolutely my favorite pho place. The broth is tasty and delicious. Serving size absolutely so big, I always have to share with my sister. 10/10 would recommend.
P8. 1 LB of Short Rib Pho (Special Bone In)
This was perfect. Lived up to all the hype and then some. A double rib of short rib so tender and well cooked it literally slides off, leaving nothing but clean bone. The broth is perfectly rich and beautifully clear. The fresh noodles were soft and complimented the broth. I added the complimentary bean sprouts and extra basil for my favorite flavor and a textural dichotomy. I give this dish 10/10

The chicken was really crispy and flavorful.
Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Hue Noodle Soup) with 15oz of Short Rib
We ordered bun Bo Hue, grilled chicken & Rice, chia coconut drink, extra bowl of ribs. All are absolutely delicious, great portions, the bun ho Hue , I would wish there is a dish full of shredded cabbage, beans sprout and Thai basil to come with. Otherwise, the foods are well-made, great taste, services are quite fast. We definitely come back again when we are in town visiting our niece at Stanford.

The chicken was moist and its skin was crispy. Delicious!
P1. Special Combination Pho
They just opened and it was already crowded! The restaurant can seat 140 people and they they are packed. P1 Pho Combination is really good and the tendon is super soft. Highly recommend! The bone marrow soup is so flavorful and the fresh noodles is the way to go! The food comes pretty fast, friendly staff!

Got combo chk pho w/ clear noodles. My coworker's and my fave. Good portions and super tender chicken that's not bland. A++!
Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Hue Noodle Soup) with 15oz of Short Rib
Love this place. This time checked out the bun bo hue with large bone-in short rib and let me tell you --- a treat for ALL the senses! Came hungry, left promising not to eat for days! Definitely a meal for a festive meal or a regular Wednesday night when you need some spicy comfort. Pair it with the passion fruit drink and some summer rolls, the combo plate is the way to go!
A8. Spring Rolls
I have been to many pho restaurants in the Bay Area. Therefore, I can honestly state that no other pho restaurant can compete with the flavor and quality of Pho Ha Noi. I have patronized each Pho Ha Noi location and the flavor is consistently delicious. Their spring rolls are the perfect blend of crunchy and chewy. The peanut sauce is never too watery or too thick. Sometimes the rice paper can be stale at other pho spots but not at Pho Ha Noi. I also appreciate that they allow you to customize your spring rolls. Amazing option if you are like me and don't like chives or cilantro. Pho Ha Noi's pho is also the perfect rainy or chilly day meal. The beefy soup broth never fails to warm my body and soul. I always look forward to enjoying meals here. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out.
P4. Rare USDA Choice Flap Meat, Brisket and Fatty Brisket Pho
Amazing experience! The food came incredibly quickly, within a mere few minutes after we ordered. The dish itself was delicious, with very generous amount of noodles and meat. The pho broth also tasted wonderful and high quality.
